An Emotyer doesn't seek objects, but emotions. They travel with soul, give gifts with intention, and remember with beauty. They buy Emotys not out of necessity, but to close a milestone, express gratitude, or move from afar.

If the product has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or contains printing errors, we simply need a photo of the problem sent to orders@emotya.com within 15 days of delivery. We also resolve any errors we make in the order (incorrect size, design, or variant) free of charge.

• If you chose the wrong size, dedication, or product variant.
• If you changed your mind after receiving it.
• If there were errors in the data provided by the client.
• If there were logistical delays beyond our control.

We create each Emoty on demand, exclusively for you. This way, we avoid overproduction and reduce unnecessary waste. This more sustainable approach means we can't accept returns in most cases.

• Production: between 2 and 5 business days.
• Shipping: Spain (3–7 days), Europe (5–10 days).

Emotys are only produced upon request. If you need them for a specific date, please place your order in advance.

All shipments are free and may arrive in multiple packages if they come from different logistics centers or are different Emotys.
